Last week Mrs Dias gave a talk to all year 13 students, ahead of their upcoming exams, with final exam tips. She showed the students what small things they could do to make a big difference in their exam papers – such as signposting examiners through their answers and effective use of diagrams and examples. Mrs Dias also outlined the usefulness of examiners reports for students’ revision – using them alongside question papers to avoid common mistakes in their own answers. This was hugely helpful for all students who are counting down the days until A-Level exams begin in two weeks’ time. Focusing on small, incremental gains at this point often makes all the difference!
