National Cyber Security Centre will be offering a residential course during the summer of 2022 in Edinburgh.
This fully funded, five-day residential course is aimed at attracting a diverse range of female students, typically between 16 and 17-years-old, to build advanced skills in some key areas of cyber security.
The course is aimed at females in Yr12 who:
- Want to learn how to protect themselves, and their friends and family online?
- Need to make their UCAS or job application form stand out?
- Is keen to meet like-minded students with similar interests?
- Want to do something that makes a difference?
This events topic includes; implementing digital forensics, understanding encryption technologies, using open-source intelligence techniques and penetration testing
The Edinburgh event will take place on 25 – 29 July 2022.
