We are thrilled to announce that at a dazzling awards ceremony in London, Southmoor won the ‘School/College of the Year’ at the UK Social Mobility Awards 2019! This is a national award where we faced some very strong competition from schools and colleges across the country so for Southmoor to win is a very proud moment in the school’s history. Miss Ungley, our Raising Aspirations Coordinator, was at the ceremony to represent Southmoor and collect our award. Well done to all who have worked so hard to achieve this recognition! We hope to continue our work in improving social mobility in our area and providing better opportunities for our city’s young people.
