We are seeing the US presidential race (slowly) drawing to a close but, perhaps even more importantly, it also marks the start of the election process for Sixth Form Council and the race for Head Boy and Head Girl roles for the entire school! Entries for the election have already begun to roll in with candidates making a manifesto of what they would do if they won a seat on The Council to represent their form, or secured the coveted place of Head Boy / Girl! They will also need to use all their charisma and powers of persuasion to win over voters before creating publicity and presenting their case live or in video format to their form groups. For the Head Girl / Boy roles candidates will present to the entire Sixth Form. Things will be heating up in the coming weeks before voting takes place during the final week of November.
