Last Monday we welcomed Darush Dodds, Director of Corporate Affairs for Esh Group, into school to talk to all of our 12 students about his pathway from school to his current position. Darush also discussed what he feels are important employability, and in particular, leadership skills that are important in his sector. Darush talked about the projects that Esh Group, as a major construction company, have been involved in throughout the area and beyond. Esh Group have worked with our school for a number of years to deliver presentations and workshops as part of their corporate responsibilities in the local area. We are pleased to continue working with Esh Group who attend our Careers Fair and other Careers events.
