A group of Sixth Form students had a rare opportunity on Wednesday to visit the Advanced Technology Centre at Accenture in Newcastle. During the visit, students were able to find out more about the range of apprenticeships that are available with worldwide organisation Accenture. Accenture have contracts for many major businesses to develop the latest technology solutions, including the Border Force and the Passport machines. Karen Marshall introduced students to what she looks for when she is employing apprentices and then the group were able to meet with 2 current apprentices to find out about life at Accenture. Accenture vacancies are available now for current Year 13 students interested in joining the organisation where they can complete a degree apprentice in less than 2 years.
