National Manufacturing Day took place on Thursday 26th September. Year 12 engineering students had a fantastic opportunity to engage in interactive workshops relating to sustainable design engineering. Skills in sustainability are highly sought after by employers. Students met the team of lecturers, as well as experts from local businesses, to discover why sustainability should be at the forefront of everything we do. Students took part in a variety of workshops in CAD, 3D printing and material testing.
