On the Road to Oxford

Three students have been out at interview recently – one at Cambridge and two at Oxford! Subjects they are looking to study are Music, Philosophy, Politics & Economics and Classics & English.  Good luck to Jess Taylor, Michael Beattie and Katrina Wake!

Photography Workshops at CCAD

Cleveland College of Art & Design was the destination for Sixth Form Photography students participating in a photography workshop. Whilst there, Sixth Former Chloe Ebdon was interviewed and has been given an unconditional offer onto her chosen course! We are establishing strong links between the degree programmes and our Sixth Form which is already paying off.

Winter Wooly Wonderland

On Friday 15th December we will once again be donning our Christmas jumpers and festive headgear to raise money for Save the Children. Students wishing to take part should pay a donation of £1 to their form teacher.  All other school uniform (including a tie) must be worn on the day however students can substitute their blazer for …

The annual Tin Appeal was launched in assemblies by the Student Council.  Each year pupils raid their kitchen cupboards for spare tins to donate to the homeless over Christmas.
